When contacting Support with the Chat function, the App will generate token. These are small alphanumeric string of data that identifies your communication session with NeuTigers. The Chat session only communicates what you write. It does not copy or transmit any information from the App or your mobile device. The only information provided to NeuTigers is what you write during that Chat session. 

If you wish to delete tokens related to you Chat sessions on the App, delete the App and the tokens will be deleted.  You can then re-install the App.

How to control and delete cookies

When you access the Website you are presented with a message that notifies you of our use of cookies. If you continue to use the Website, more cookies and other tracking technologies will be placed on your devices as described above. However, if you wish to restrict or block the cookies which are set by the Website, you might be able do this through your browser settings.
